Foxtons has launched a new high-end department called Foxtons Private Office in a bid to woo the richest domestic and international buyers looking at London properties.
John Ennis, Foxtons’ managing director for new homes and central London, says: ‘’Foxtons Private Office is the first concierge service to help high value home movers find exactly what they need. It’s no surprise space in central London is scarce and at a premium.
“Our expert people, backed by the best technology and data, will give you the personalised, and discreet, service you need to help you find that dream home.”
Foxtons Private Office now sponsors the Spear’s Wealth Insight Forum, which advises wealth managers, lawyers and other private client professionals.
The announcement comes at the end of a mixed week for the controversial agency.
It has announced that it’s to review its bonus policy for senior management following a shareholder revolt at the agency's AGM and widespread criticism of its failure to return furlough money to the government despite the company benefiting from a strong housing market.
Separately, the agency gave details of a new PropTech relationship - with Artificial Intelligence firm DataRobot - to help its 50 offices across the capital match buyers and tenants and available properties more rapidly and accurately.
