Agency to expand under former Business Woman of the Year

A regional estate agency is planning an expansion programme after undergoing a management buyout by a former Business Woman of the Year.

Results Estate Agents of Rothwell, Northamptonshire, has been bought by Anita Lovell - a leading figure in its previous management team. 

Prior to entering agency, Lovell previously worked for a national warehouse and distribution operator, at which she won an annual Business Woman of the Year award in the transport and logistics sector. 

Lovell has told local media: “I have big plans for the future of Results and that we will build upon; creating a dynamic team with a strong work ethic, whilst upholding our reputation as the ‘Trusted Agency’ and customer service excellence. 

“We also have the privilege of working with some fantastic third-party suppliers who play a huge part in our success. From IT, professional photographer, to the local tradesmen.”

The firm has recently opened a second office in Desborough.

She adds: “We’re absolutely committed to Rothwell and surrounding villages, but the time has come to spread the company’s wings. We’re delighted to be able to serve Desborough and have already got our eyes on a potential third branch which will mean more staff and a greater geographical coverage for us.

“Our investment in IT and telephony has meant our sites are linked and we can communicate like we are all in the same office, something that was never possible before.”
