Estate agent Chris Buckler, in an exclusive interview for Estate Agent Today, has spoken with Tom Gilbert, head of estate agency services at Sort Move about how conveyancers and agents can make the home buying process easier and prevent transactions from falling through.
It’s a timely interview - Gilbert is himself a former agent, and today is the first after the stamp duty holiday, which saw agents and conveyancers working closely together under pressure.
