Every agent likes to have their phones ringing off the hook.
So London agent Robert Irving Burns must have been excited when it was getting lots of enquiries about a new office listing in Euston.
It was listed on Rightmove as a “well-located mid-terrace building” close to Regents Park and University College London.
Buyers would get a “ground floor cafe premises together with three self-contained flats above.”
The only problem was that it was listed at the wrong price.
The property, 115 Euston Street, London, was mistakenly listed for £1 instead of its auction guide price of £950,000.
Hence an influx of calls from interested buyers.
An employee told The Sun that this was a mistake by a third party and the listing has now been changed.
