The Savills member of staff who allegedly racially abused England players online after the Euros 2020 final has been sacked.
The Metro newspaper reports that Andrew Bone has now been dismissed by the agency.
He self-presented himself to police in July and was arrested on suspicion of an offence under Section 1 of the Malicious Communications Act.
The 37-year-old originally claimed his account had been hacked but was suspended by Savills, pending a police investigation.
However, a statement given to the press by Savills today says: “We can confirm that following a period of suspension the contract of an employee alleged to have sent a racist tweet from a personal social media account post the Euro 2020 final has been terminated and the employee has left the business.
“We understand that Greater Manchester Police Force investigations continue and are therefore unable to comment further at this time.”
The tweets allegedly sent by Bone from at least one private account were amongst the most high profile of those directing racial abuse at some England players after the team lost the Euros 2020 final.
One of Bone’s tweets - screenshot and widely circulated on social media immediately afterwards - was deleted the morning after the final; Bone’s entire Twitter account was also deleted at the same time.
However, thousands of subsequent tweets from shocked members of the public recirculated the offending statements and demanded to know Savills' response.

They say that drunkenness reveals what soberness conceals.
Regardless of the above comments, it's not suggesting that the Estate Agent was drunk.
The point I'm making, is that he was only being his natural human self, within his comfortable settings when he made those racist Tweets.
So comfortable was he within his comfortable surroundings, that he totally
forgot that those Tweets will go viral to other people of all races, colour, sex, religion creed, old and young and expose him for the true character he really is.
End result the sack!
We should call this one a "BONE" to pick in the SACKVILLS SARGA!
