The Guild of Property Professionals’ formal qualifications platform is set for launch this month.
Agents will be able to access the platform to complete Ofqual-accredited qualifications.
Registration for the Level 3 qualification in Residential Sales will be available to Guild Members from 27 September, with more qualifications including Residential Lettings and Level 4 in Residential Sales to follow soon.
Paul Offley, compliance officer for The Guild, said: “All of the content has now been created, which aside from written material, includes quizzes, videos and assessments to support an individual’s learning journey.
“PropQual is not just about attaining the qualification, but also about maintaining a level of continuous professional development and progression.”
The materials have been created with industry experts including Melfyn Williams, Perry Power, Malcolm Prescott, Peter Courtis, Daniel Henry, Jonathan Morgan, James Du Pavey, and Alex Lambourne.
Offley adds: “We are really excited that we will be launching PropQual this month and further adding to the value we provide to our network. It is a great opportunity for people to support their own professional develop and setting the bar higher for the industry as a whole,” he concludes.”

This looks like a sensible and progressive step forward. Well done The Guild.
Good to see educational standards improving, but is The Guild now in direct competition with NAEA/NAVA Propertymark who provide similar qualifications and, if so is there a conflict of interests for some Board members who are pro-active in both organisations?
