Keller Williams UK (KWUK) has launched a new training platform for its network.
The digital platform, described as KW University, provides tools to share best practice among agents.
It also provides a series of micro learning modules covering agency basics, business development, sales skills and compliance together with “how to” guides for KWUK associates.
The University platform complements Keller Williams’ existing classroom training with on-demand videos and online education that supports their award-winning coaching programmes.
Ben Taylor, chief executive of KWUK, said: “With almost 500 associates now in place across the UK, I am delighted to launch KW University that will provide a continuous learning environment that we know will be a game changer in how our agents learn and develop, individually and together.”
