Prime estate agent John D Wood & Co has introduced a range of new policies to support staff on a range of important personal wellbeing issues.
The business has introduced three new policies to support staff and their family members who are impacted by menopause, pregnancy loss and fertility issues.
It is hoped that this will help to remove the stigma around health issues and ensure employees feel supported through their life experiences with zero impact to their career.
John D Wood & Co said 59% of its workforce are women.
It has also signed the Menopause Workplace Pledge.
This commits a business to recognising that the menopause can be an issue in the workplace and that women need support.
Polly Ogden Duffy, managing director of John D Wood & Co, said: “We are committed to supporting, training and educating all employees, in an effort to remove taboos and improve wellbeing whilst at work.
“Our employees are deserving of our commitment of support at times when they need it most.”
