Self-employed estate partnership brand The Agency UK (TAUK) is to host its first industry exhibition.
Titled Grow your Agency in 23, the event aims to help agents grow their business through a day of learning and coaching with guest speakers including a keynote speech from bestselling author Tony Morris.
Agents will benefit from Tony’s words of advice as he reveals his seven strategies to triple valuations without spending an extra penny on marketing.
Sarah Edmundson, chief executive of Agents Together, will also be speaking about how to focus on a healthy mind, business mentality and will discuss options for free mentoring and resources for all agents.
Andy Vass, chief executive of TAUK will follow with the principles of building a successful 2023 in a new and different marketplace.
Throughout the event, agents will also have the opportunity to network with some of the industry’s best suppliers as well as other professionals in the field.
The exhibition is being held at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Warwickshire on 2 December from 11am to 4pm for a fee of £14.99.
Steph Walker, chief operating officer of TAUK, said: “Education, coaching and networking to share ideas is the best way to continuously improve and raise standards in the industry.
“As a company we want to give back to the agent community in which we work and give smaller or independent agents the opportunity to access this type of training, which is why we’re running this exhibition for a small charge.
“Meeting suppliers and learning how people can grow their offering or market differently is so important, as next year will all be about differentiating yourself.
“We welcome all property professionals - anyone who is perhaps new to the industry, a branch valuer, self-employed, a business owner – to come along and enjoy a day of learning.”

This sounds great! From someone who has trained in management skills and how to be a great team leader with these guys, I would highly recommend spending the day with them if you have the opportunity to do so.
