Zoopla-backed agency software provider Alto has launched new mobile functionality to support agents on-the-go.
Agents will be able to search for contacts on their mobile to access phone numbers, email addresses and other key information when outside the office.
They will also have the ability to manage their diary from their phone and view appointment details such as notes, contact details and full address, which can be opened directly in maps and view their full calendar to see all their appointments in one place - as well as cancellations.
Mobile functionality was the most requested feature by Alto users.
The launch follows a range of recent changes to the software including a new integration with Vouch.
Andy Marshall, chief commercial officer at Zoopla said: “Alto is all about driving efficiencies for our customers and this new functionality should not only save them time - but also make it easier than ever to be in close contact with their customers - and provide a better experience as a result.”
