Connells-owned Countrywide has announced a major deal in which 49 of its brands will use the ESTAS customer review platform.
The deal aims to increase Google reviews for the Countrywide agents.
It also increases the ESTAS client base to 1,300 offices across agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers.
This number has tripled since March 2020.
Simon Brown, founder of the ESTAS Group, says: “This deal completes our evolution from a review based awards programme to a class leading customer review platform for the property sector.
“For many years Countrywide has entered its top performing branches into our awards - which are powered by the ESTAS review platform - and they can now see the effect of our Google review tool which converts, on average, 50 per cent of our reviews to Google.
“With new features coming online later in the year this is an exciting time to be with ESTAS. We’re delighted to be able to roll out our product to the rest of Countrywide as online presence and reputation become more influential than ever.”
The ESTAS are well known for the awards, based on verified reviews at the end of transactions through the review platform.
Brown adds: “ESTAS winners stand out from the crowd because they’ve been judged purely on the service they’ve delivered through the whole customer journey.”
The ESTAS Awards will celebrate its 19th year this October while just next month the is the first ESTAS forum event bringing together agents and conveyancers in a series of panel discussions to see how the moving process can be speeded up.

I wasn't sure Countrywide was still going. First I've heard of them for quite some time.
