A London estate agency has won a rarely-awarded gong from the Feefo reviews service - and the company says it’s testimony to how hard its staff are working.
Marsh & Parsons has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award, which is given only to businesses achieving Feefo’s Gold standard for three consecutive years.
Back in January 2021 Feefo gave a similar award to Purplebricks. At the time Feefo said the Platinum award was given because of Purplebricks’ “genuine reviews and insights.”
Patrick Littlemore, chief executive of Marsh & Parsons, says about this year's award to his agency: “It means a lot because it’s based on feedback from our customers and, ultimately, keeping them happy is why we come to work each day.
“The award also recognises just how hard our staff have worked in difficult circumstances. We’re fully committed to the highest quality of service, so it’s vital for us to listen, understand and respond to all our customers.”
Feefo claims that online interactions have soared since the start of the pandemic with people now 40 per cent more likely to leave feedback after a purchase.
Congratulating Marsh & Parsons, Feefo’s ‘head of customer success’ says: “The Trusted Service Awards recognise companies who above and beyond to provide the very best customer experience.
“I’m so impressed by how our customers have overcome the challenges of the past two years. A particular congratulations to our Platinum Trusted Service winners. It’s an extremely tough challenge.”
