Auction house The iamproperty Group has reached a new agent milestone.
It now has 4,000 agents on the network using its auction services as well as movebutler, an end-to-end moving platform that combines upfront material information, anti-money laundering compliance and financial and legal preparation
In 2021, the capital value raised by iamproperty’s online auction service alone hit £804m, a 54% increase on the previous year.
More than 1,000 branches have been added to the network over the past 12 months thanks to industry partnerships with brands such as Countrywide, eXp UK and Arun Group.
Its recent acquisition of VTUK will also add a further 300 agents to the partner network.
Ben Ridgway, managing director of iamproperty ,says: “Reaching this milestone is exciting for the business as it has been driven by our overall goal to offer agents modern solutions that work for their business and help them to tackle the challenges of today, and tomorrow.
“This started with the modern method of auction which continues to grow and continuous innovation that now includes our private treaty offerings.
“We work incredibly closely with agents to develop solutions that add real value, and we will keep building our offering to support agents and their day-to-day operations.
“Our acquisition of VTUK in March forms a key part of our continued mission to modernise the property sector and to further develop solutions and services for estate agents that have speed and security at their heart.”
The iamproperty Group snapped up cloud-based property software business VTUK last month for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1989 by Peter Grant - who will exit the business as a result of the acquisition - VTUK works with over 300 agencies across the UK and is best known for its CRM service Openview.

Incredible that, in the hottest market for many years, people are still being persuaded to use MMoA. £6000 minimum fee, half to the selling agent, speaks volumes of course.
