ESTAS 2022 - award shortlists to be revealed from this Friday

The shortlists for this year’s much-coveted ESTAS awards will be revealed from the end of this week.

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards, sponsored by blockchain property network Coadjute, are based on feedback given through the ESTAS customer review platform.

The website rates agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers on the level of service they deliver through the home moving experience. 

ESTAS reviews are completed at the end of the transaction and verified to ensure they are genuine reviews.

Suppliers are also reviewed by their own clients including agents, conveyancers and brokers. 

The shortlists will be revealed on YouTube at 4pm each Friday during May.

The schedule is: 

Friday 6 May – Agency regional shortlists for East of England, East Midlands, London, North East, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Wales.

Friday 13 May - Agency regional shortlists for North West & South East.

Friday 20 May - Agency regional shortlists for South West, Southern, West Midlands & Yorkshire.

Friday 27 May – Conveyancers, Mortgage Brokers, National Group, People Awards & Supplier Awards.

“It’s the culmination of 12 months of hard work by property teams striving to deliver exceptional service to their clients and never has that been more important than over the past two years. 

“Last year our virtual ‘reveals’ were eagerly anticipated and watched by 4,000 agents, conveyancers, brokers and suppliers so it only seemed natural to continue with the same format for 2022. 

“It gives firms the chance to celebrate with their teams and use their ESTAS shortlist promo packs to promote their success as one of the top property firms in the UK over the summer months before the winners are announced in the autumn.”

The awards will be held on 14 October at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
