Industry supplier offers 'Netflix-style' training platform to agency network members

Industry supplier Kerfuffle has teamed up with the Relocation Agent Network (RAN) to provide its online training platform to members.

RAN members will be able to access Kerfuffle Kampus where users can view a variety of training and best practice videos from a range of providers, trainers and brands.

The platform is free for members but agents will be asked in return to provide an anonymised satisfaction score for their existing suppliers that can help inform others when considering a particular product or service.

Kerfuffle founder Simon Whale said: “We launched our Kampus platform during the first lockdown and it was a novel way for estate agents to keep their teams informed and up to date.

“Since then, I am pleased to say that the platform has grown tremendously with several options available to agents, and new training content being added to our ‘Netflix-style’ platform.

“Our training courses are delivered by some of the industry’s best loved trainers and suppliers and we are delighted to welcome RAN and their member agents on board. It’s such a convenient way to train their teams and now counts towards CPD hours as well.”
