Century 21 UK, the British arm of the US-based franchising agency, has opened its first offices in Northern Ireland.
It comes after Nicholas Faulkner, the owner of leasehold property management business Alexander Faulkner Partnership, purchased the Century 21 UK master franchise brand from SDL Group in April.
He said at the time that he wanted to expand the brand’s UK presence.
New franchisee Lindsey Peters, who previously ran three Vodafone stores, will be opening three Century 21 branches, in Fermanagh, Bangor and Carrickfergus, as well as taking a head franchise role for Northern Ireland.
She said: “I wanted a new challenge and to explore a new venture and property is a great fit for me.
“With my experience in retail and franchising and the backing of the Century 21 brand, I can’t wait to get started.”
Currently, the brand has a network of 41 agents in the UK.
Globally, Century 21 is one of the world’s largest networks of estate agents, with around 10,500 offices and 125,000 sales professionals spanning 86 countries worldwide.
Faulkner added: “One of our aims under the new ownership of Century 21 UK is to expand the network and we are delighted to welcome Lindsey to the Century 21 UK family.
“She has an excellent track record in franchising and we are excited to take the brand to Northern Ireland.”
