Propertymark has rebranded its charitable arm.
Its members charity Arbon Trust unveiled a new identity and vision at the trade body’s national conference last week.
The charity, first registered in 2015, will now be known as The Propertymark Trust.
At its stand at the NAEA Propertymark conference, the charity invited a selection of small and friendly dogs from The Cuddle Club so that attendees could have a cuddle and go away with a smile on their faces.
The furry friends gave delegates the chance to relax, unwind and improve their wellbeing all whilst giving the Propertymark Trust a chance to provide insight on what it is all about.
The Trust recently provided more than 50 education grants and more than £9,000 in funding to help launch Propertymark Qualifications’ apprenticeship scheme and thanks to the valuable support from the industry, it has been able to help members from across the country struck with difficult times.
Previously, the Trust has provided financial support to make adaptations to the house of a Propertymark member whose accident left them in a wheelchair.
Funding enabled them to have additional physiotherapy and resulted in them regaining movement in their legs and eventually getting back on their feet.
Lauren Scott, chair of The Propertymark Trust, said: “The recent announcement is an exciting one and we hope that the industry will follow and support us on our journey as we enhance our ongoing sponsorship and financial assistance to those in our industry that need it most.”
