Independent agency group Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) is marking its 45th anniversary.
Established by Lee Watts in 1977 as Kinleigh, the London agent was originally set up as a property management company based in Brixton.
Six years later, Kinleigh expanded into residential sales and opened its first branch in West Putney.
By 1987, the company had introduced residential lettings to its range of property services, and by 1999, with an increasing number of business divisions and branches across London, Kinleigh rebranded as Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.
Since then, KFH has grown to 10 business divisions, more than 60 branches across the capital and more than 900 employees.
Watts said: “Looking back over the past 45 years, I am so proud of all we have achieved.
“No matter the year, we have consistently delivered outstanding service, communication, and results, cementing our reputation as one of London’s leading independent property services groups.
“I would like to thank our people – some who have been with me since the early days, and others who are just starting their journey at KFH – for their contribution to our success. It is their hard work, loyalty and commitment that sets us apart.”
