Fine & Country has launched a new Masterclass Series to share tips on recruitment and retention for agents.
Held in London and Leeds once again, the event will provide agents the opportunity to hear from property professionals about how they can maximise their recruitment efforts and grow their business, while creating a working environment that top agents do not want to leave.
The first instalment of the series will be held on Friday 7 October in London, with another on 13 October.
Speakers include Paul Quintanilla, who has recruited more than 100 associates to the Fine & Country network over the past three and a half years.
He will share his day-to-day activities to attract associates, which can be implemented by business owners.
Other speakers include Nicola Broomham, who as a former estate agent and now director of recruitment at deverellsmith, will share the changing attitudes of employees, what negotiators and managers want from their employer, and how this has shifted in a post-Covid world, so that business owners can best attract them.
Also presenting is Jennifer Scott-Reid, who as chief people and development officer at nurtur.group, will share how to understand the different personalities of your team members and how to retain them.
