Former high-profile Foxtons director moves to upmarket agency

A former high profile area director for Foxtons has been appointed to a senior role at Beauchamp Estates.

Stuart Bennett, previously area director for Foxtons overseeing the Park Lane, Marylebone, West End and Notting Hill offices, has been hired as head of sales for Beauchamp Estates at its Mayfair offices.

He will lead the existing Mayfair sales team and be responsible for overseeing and growing the sales department.

Beauchamp Estates has been selling and letting homes in Mayfair since 1979 and the Mayfair sales office has some of the most prestigious sales listings in London including the £55m former Gucci headquarters building

Bennett joined Foxtons as a sales negotiator in 1998 at the Notting Hill office, working his way to area director where he was responsible for four offices and more than 110 staff.

He said: “Having left Foxtons after a wonderful twenty four years I am delighted to be working for Beauchamp Estates who are a global leader in luxury property.”

Bennett said connecting with Beauchamp Estates founder Gary Hersham was a key moment, adding: “His passion and enthusiasm are infectious and create a natural energy and I instinctively knew that Beauchamp Estates was the right home and move for me.”
