Mishon Mackay: Sussex-based estate and lettings agency Mishon Mackay has appointed Angela Farthing as acting managing director and Chris Thew as sales director.
Farthing has worked at Mishon Mackay for more than 25 years.
She started her career with Mishon Mackay in early 1997 as the sole accountant, before stepping into the role of finance director and managing a full team from the Hurstpierpoint office.
She will be overseeing the day-to-day running of Mishon Mackay, continuing to help the business to develop and thrive.
Thew joins Mishon Mackay as sales director, having previously held the role of Area Director at Connells Group.
He has previously worked for Mishon Mackay as branch director in 2018 and re-joins the team with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. He will head up the residential sales and admin teams at Mishon Mackay.

Mishon Mackay has eight offices covering Sussex and London.
Davidson Estates: A property sales consultant with more than 12 years’ experience has been recruited by Davidson Estates as the Birmingham company’s New Homes department continues to grow.
Cliff Wong has joined the company from Martin & Co and previously worked for more than a decade at property specialist Teamfull Enterprises in Hong Kong.
Wong, who has a BSc in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong, is now one of four staff in the New Homes department at Davidson Estates’ branch office at 102 Colmore Row, in the heart of Birmingham’s professional business quarter.
Ben Davidson, managing director of Davidson Estates, said Wong would now join himself, newly promoted head of New Homes Jon Smith, digital marketing manager Luke Croft-Faulkner and a property assistant on the team.
Davidson said: “We are delighted to have appointed Cliff to our New Homes team after he impressed us in his interview with the range and depth of his experience.
“He is a driven and energetic property consultant with more than 10 years’ experience in real estate in Hong Kong, as well as local experience here in Birmingham.
“Cliff has already shown himself to be highly adept at building excellent working relationships with teammates, lenders, valuers, surveyors and solicitors, as well as being very focused on providing excellent customer service.
“Despite the economic challenges, new homes are still attracting interest here in Birmingham with multiple developments across the city centre, particularly around the Jewellery Quarter, the city centre core and Digbeth.
“Cliff’s appointment and the great work by Luke at marketing the opportunities across social media are continuing to increase our sales and lettings.”
Wong added: “I am so pleased to have joined Davidson Estates after hearing so much about the company during my time in Birmingham.
“I am excited to be part of the team now expanding the New Homes department and am sure we will now be making even more of an impact in this sector.”
KFH: Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) has appointed Marc Faure as land and new homes director, with a brief to substantially expand the operation in London.
Starting his career at Foxtons, and later joining KALMARs as head of residential development, he brings a decade of extensive London property and agency experience to the role.
In his new position, Faure will run the division from its existing base in London Bridge and lead the team on land acquisition and disposal, development opportunities and new homes sales and marketing.
Paul Masters, group operations director at KFH, said: “We are so pleased to welcome Marc to KFH. His expertise and knowledge will be invaluable to us and our clients as we grow our land and new homes business.”
Faure added: “I am delighted to be joining KFH. The Land and New Homes team has a long-standing presence and strong reputation across the Capital. I am looking forward to the opportunities ahead of us as we grow the business.”
Twenty7tec: Mortgage technology provider Twenty7tec has made a number of senior appointments following the acquisition of Bluecoat Software.
Nathan Reilly has been appointed as director of customer relationships, with responsibility for all existing customers across both the mortgage and wealth markets.
Josh Skelding has been promoted to director of sales and will lead efforts to identify potential new clients for all Twenty7tec products.
Stephanie Teague has been promoted to director of marketing and communications, and will lead the marketing, communications, and PR team across both the mortgage and wealth markets.
These appointments follow the arrival of Mike Clifford as chief operating officer and Tom Pearson as head of people.
Additionally, Nakita Moss, Nicole Smith and Megha Srivastava have been appointed as national account managers, whilst Kevin Pearce has been promoted to account team manager. Harrison Banner and Melissa White have been promoted to the roles of national sales manager.

Legal & General: Legal & General has announced the formation of Legal & General Mortgage Services, set up to align its established Legal & General Mortgage Club and Legal & General Surveying Services alongside a newly created business strand: Legal & General Technology.
Kevin Roberts will lead the team in his new role as managing director of Legal & General Mortgage Services and this new business area will operate as a key part of Legal & General’s wider Retail division.
Clare Beardmore has been appointed director of Legal & General Mortgage Club and will be responsible for the growth of the Mortgage Club and continue to support the broker community in line with her previous remit.
Technology will be a core strand of the Mortgage Services business and will be headed up by Jodie White, who retains her title as head of product and transformation, as the business separates its tech offering from Mortgage Club and widens its scope.
She will be responsible for building on the success of Legal & General’s SmartrFit tool and leading the next stage in the company’s journey in the mortgage research market.
The new business area will focus on digital tools that directly support intermediaries and lenders across the market.
Roberts said: “The market continues to move at a rapid pace, and it’s important that we update our internal structures to meet these challenges and provide the best support we can to consumers, advisers, and lenders alike.
“Creating this new team allows us to draw on the wide range of experience and assets we have at Legal & General. I am proud to be leading this new business, combining our joint expertise and bringing together these three key focus areas, each of which plays a vital role in the mortgage journey.”
Spicerhaart: An experienced HR professional with extensive experience of working in fast paced commercial and complex organisations has been appointed to the newly created role of HR Director at Spicerhaart,
Sam McLoughlin has more than 20 years’ experience in HR within the manufacturing, engineering, government/military, IT and hospitality sectors. Prior to this, she spent a decade working in newspaper ad sales.
McLoughlin , who developed her drive to pursue a career in HR whilst working overseas with the British Army has joined Spicerhaart from the Charterhouse Group where she was group human resources director.
She said: “I am looking forward to leading the HR function at Spicerhaart. I have worked at a senior level within HR for many years, but this is this is my first role within an estate agency group which brings a new and exciting challenge. I particularly admire the company’s work ethic and collaborative spirit.
“I will use my HR skills and experience to make a positive difference by developing a robust people agenda to support the future of Spicerhaart by driving change and devising and implementing scalable HR strategies as the company continues to grow.”
Sam has a Masters degree in HR Management and is currently working towards a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
