An estate agency has gone back to school to design new for sale boards.
Three Sixty Living, the sales and lettings agency part of Stockport Homes Group (SHG) invited students from the local Bredbury Green Primary School to showcase their artistic talent by designing new for sale boards for the brand.
The winning artist was a six-year-old named Madeline and her designs will be used on the agency’s for sale boards from this spring.
Madeline’s vibrant, colourful design won the judges over. Her attention to detail from ducks and fish in the River Mersey to cute cottages complete with kitchen gardens made her submission stand out from the rest.
Emma Crick, head of property management at Three Sixty Living, said: “We loved all of the submissions from Bredbury Green Primary School but Madeline’s artwork was special and caught our eye. We cannot wait to see it on our for sale boards across Stockport.”
Jenny Osbourne, chair of Stockport Homes Group’s board, added: “We believe that to effectively be a part of our communities, we need to be in our communities.
“Competitions like this provide opportunities for us to support our communities and to give back to them in meaningful ways.”
