Countdown begins to ESTAS Awards

The 20th annual ESTAS Awards are set to take place a week from today.

Backed by headline sponsor Coadjute, the event will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane and will bring together 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals from across estate agency, conveyancing, mortgage and supplier sectors.

The event will be hosted by the UK’s favourite property expert Phil Spencer, who returns for 2023 having presented the event every year since its inception in 2004.

Shortlisted companies and winners are all selected purely on service ratings provided by clients at the end of their moving experience or property transaction, collected via the ESTAS Reviews platform.

Simon Brown, chief executive of The ESTAS Awards, said: “We’re making the final preparations for what will be our biggest event yet. 

“Over 20 years what we’ve created goes way beyond an annual awards ceremony, ESTAS is now a community of likeminded property professionals - agents, conveyancers, brokers and suppliers - all focused on one mission, to deliver the best possible service they can to their clients. We can’t wait to celebrate this fact with everyone.”

This will be the third year Coadjute has supported The ESTAS as Headline Partner and to celebrate its chief executive Dan Salmons will be presenting a special award to recognise the collaboration between property professionals. 

He said: “The Coadjute Working Together Better Award celebrates those examples where collaboration has really come to the fore. As always, the results are based purely on ESTAS review ratings so the winners really have delivered an excellent customer experience.”

In addition to the gala lunch and awards ceremony, there will be an official afterparty in the Grosvenor Ballroom, which will see Matt Gilpin, founder and chief executive of sponsors Sprift, take to the decks as a special guest.

He was a professional DJ prior to founding Sprift, and has played in clubs around London, Ibiza and as far afield as Japan and the USA and will be playing a session that’s bound to pack out the dancefloor.

With the awesome feedback and collaboration we’ve had with the Sprift Soundcast since we launched it in March this year, it’s a real privilege to be taking to the decks at this years’ ESTAS and I’m really looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar faces on the dancefloor.”
