Dexters has entered the Asian property market with the acquisition of LiFE Residential.
The deal strengthens Dexters position in London and also gives it a business footprint with LiFE Residential’s network of offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.
LiFE Residential has 170 colleagues, who speak 32 languages between them, they will be joining Dexters, which currently has a team of more than 2,000.
It follows Dexters acquisition of Marsh & Parsons in January 2023. The group now operates 155 offices across London with further presence in Singapore and Hong Kong. With this latest acquisition, the group now have 2,200 colleagues serving 42,000 landlords and advising on the sale of more than £5bn of property per year.
