Final tickets remain for Agency Excellence Summit

The final tickets are on sale for next month’s Agency Excellence Summit.

The event takes place at the Manchester Piccadilly Hotel on Friday 3 November and features presentations and discussions with some of the UK's leading agents and agency figures to set firms up for 2024.

Speakers include industry partners John Paul of Agency Consulting, Facebook expert Paul Long and Jerry Lyons of the Ethical Agent Network. 

They will be joined by double-winning agent of the year Michelle Gallagher of JDG Estate Agents, Megan Eighteen of Location Location, and Phill Prince from Spectre.

Presentations will cover managing and leading millennials, artificial intelligence’s influence in the property industry and ways to become your community's favourite agency.

It will also feature an opportunity to discover how a serial award-winning agency operates from a Q and A with Michelle. Megan will share how TikTok is changing how best agencies communicate with sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants.

All profits after costs will be donated to the Propertymark Trust, a charity aiding members who've fallen on hard times.

Paul said: "The northern parts of the UK are underserved by the industry when it comes to events where agents can get together. That's why we're holding it in central Manchester."

Long added: "It will be a great chance for like-minded agents to come together, learn implementable ideas and ultimately go into 2024 with higher confidence, courage and competence."

Tickets cost £99, including refreshments and lunch.
