Hat and Home has opened its fifth office and a new headquarters in the heart of Sandhurst.
The move centralises the agency brand’s entire back-office operations into a swanky new headquarters.
The 2,700sq ft, three-storey building on Yorktown Road, Sandhurst, Berkshire has undergone a full refurbishment to create a high street branch with all the hallmarks of a Hat and Home office and a central hub for its key functions including financial services, fleet & facilities, marketing, sales progression and tenancy services.
Founder Ben Gee said: “As well as a welcoming estate agency branch on the ground floor the upper floors are specifically designed to be a fun and empowering environment for our fantastic operations team.
“Our people give 110% every day and deserve a great working space to be able to have fun and relax as well as work hard.”
The office incorporates Hat and Home’s signature features, including the company values proudly displayed on the walls, stylish brick partitions, a living moss wall, signature bowler hat lights, vintage fruit machine and a nod to its roots with a prominently placed Paul Young album.
The upper floors boast a pool table, dartboard, games console and table tennis table for the team to use at their leisure as well as a fully stocked bar in the boardroom and training room.
Luke Strzadala, managing director of Hat and Home, said: “Sandhurst holds immense potential for Hat and Home, and we are excited to bring our unique proposition to this vibrant community. We are already listing properties for sale and let and with our vision of providing our customers with the very best service, Sandhurst is the perfect location to continue this mission”.
