The Good Estate Agent hybrid agency franchise has taken to the skies by diversifying into travel.
While some agents may be looking at other ways to boost their income amid a market slowdown, founder of the Good Estate Agent Rob Bryer has pivoted to travel.
It is something he said he long prepared for, having registered the domain name thegoodtravelagent.co.uk alongside thegoodestateagent.co.uk back in 2011.
Bryer said: "I've always believed in pushing boundaries and expanding horizons. The Good Travel Franchise is a testament to that. As we embark on this journey, I eagerly anticipate forging new relationships with industry suppliers and leaders. Together, with our robust franchise network, we aim to set new standards in the travel sector."
The Good Travel Franchise has pledged to contribute 10% of its profits to green initiatives, aimed at offsetting the carbon emissions produced by the industry, reflecting the company's dedication to making travel not just enjoyable but also sustainable.
Kat Freeman, head of franchise support for the brand, said: “With two of our team members boasting an impressive track record in the travel industry, this felt like the right moment,” says. This expertise, combined with a dedicated support team that has amassed over a decade of experience in the industry, assures that The Good Travel Franchise is set to soar."
