Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices London has opened a new office on Sloane Avenue.
It will service Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea and South Kensington. The agency has three other offices located in Bayswater, Marylebone and Kings Cross.
Agency managing director Martin Bikhit, says: “Situated on the ground floor and spanning over 1,500 square feet, the office is perfectly placed for our team to showcase the finest properties in prime central London.”
Leading the new office is head of sales Cliff Gardener, supported by sales manager Charles Findlater and lettings manager Helen Hitchcock.
Matt Staton, head of residential at the company, adds: “Our impressive, brand new flagship site on Sloane Avenue allows us to extend our already substantial coverage of Prime Central London into the Chelsea and South Kensington sales and lettings markets. This exciting new presence in the area serves as a benchmark of our ambition to continue becoming a dominant player in the Prime Central London market.”
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices London is the exclusive UK affiliate of Warren Buffett’s global real estate brokerage, having signed an agreement with the US-based firm in 2018.
