Agency brand on hiring spree as it opens new office

Fisher German is celebrating moving into its new office in the heart of Birmingham as it looks to grow its influence in the city’s property markets. 

The property consultancy and agency brand has opened its new 7,300 sq ft office at Fifteen Colmore Row, with 70 staff based out of the new premises.

The firm, which currently has 27 offices across the UK, is already in the process of hiring around 25 new members of staff to work in the office as it looks to integrate into the city’s property and business communities.

Key services such as commercial agency, commercial property management, investment, valuation, business rates, town planning, sustainable energy, telecoms and building consultancy services will all operate out of the new office.

Mike Price, head of commercial agency at Fisher German, said: “Two months after announcing the news of Fisher German opening an office in Colmore Row, we are delighted to have moved in.

The opening comes after Fisher German acquired offices in London, Manchester and Liverpool as part of its merger with the former Matthews & Goodman in 2022.
