Foxtons completes flagship office revamp

Foxtons has reopened its doors on the King’s Road, with the launch of its flagship Sloane Square office.

It is the first to benefit from Foxtons digital makeover, utilising technology to help reposition the brand and estate agency as a whole on the London high street. 

Foxtons closed the doors to its previous King’s Road location in May of this year and since then the firm has been working hard to redesign the concept of the estate agency front window and the role it plays on the high street.

Its new location lies just a few doors down from the original office at 82 Kings Road, London, SW3 4TZ. 

The digital overhaul includes new LED full frontage window displays, playing bespoke video content to catch the attention of passersby. 

Guy Gittins, chief executive of Foxtons, said:  “We’re incredibly excited about the launch of our new Sloane Square office and, as the first to benefit from our digital overhaul, we believe it raises the bar when it comes to what our clients should expect from an agent's physical presence. 

“We’ve always done things a little differently at Foxtons and we understand our clients simply don’t value the hands-off approach deployed by hybrid and online agents, an approach that has become increasingly prominent in recent years.”

Gittins said Foxtons’ network of offices are a vital part of its DNA.

He added: “The high street has faced many struggles in recent times and so a fresh approach to remain relevant was required, one focussed around innovative technology, outstanding people and a real sense of added value for those clients who walk through our doors.”
