Moneypenny has partnered with CRM provider Street.co.uk to help simplify lead management for estate agents.
The integration means calls answered by the outsourced communications service can be logged directly into the Street.co.uk CRM.
It means all viewing and valuation leads can be recorded in one place from the outset – removing the need to double-key information and improving data accuracy.
The integration works with Moneypenny’s Telephone Answering and Outsourced Switchboard services.
