The Guild unveils learning platform to boost industry standards

The Guild of Property Professionals has launched a new learning platform to help boost agent knowledge and skills.

It includes the Guild's Associate Scheme training course, which has been compiled with Cambridgeshire Trading Standards to include everything required to be an estate agent, as well as PropQual qualifications, social media training and business guidance to grow revenue and market share.

Paul Offley, compliance officer at The Guild of Property Professionals, said: "Our new learning platform is a testament to our ongoing mission to raise standards and provide our members with the resources they need to stay ahead in an ever-evolving sector," he stated.

"We are committed to facilitating continuous professional development and progression, ensuring that our members have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles."

It will also include a compliance video every Wednesday, delivered by Offley to cover topics include anti-money laundering risk assessments, referral fees, and data sharing agreements.

Offley added: "A significant amount of effort has gone into developing an engaging and interactive platform.

"The platform will continue to be populated with up-date materials, as we believe this is crucial for maintaining continuous professional development and progression within the property industry."
