Utility technology platform Muuvo has unveiled a range of new features as it celebrates its second birthday.
The proptech firm provides a home-moving service for agents to provide buyers and tenants, helping them manage council and utility registrations, broadband deals, energy switching and insurance offers.
Muuvo’s integrated broadband and fibre data now also includes detail of the speeds available and the choice of suppliers able to service a property.
The platform has also introduced a WhatsApp channel for movers to contact the brand’s support team with queries.
Muuvo director Jamie Parks said: “With the complexities of moving home as a landlord, tenant, seller or buyer, we have concentrated on providing a technology based system that enables relevant parties to organise all elements of energy, water, broadband, council tax from one dashboard.
“For agents there is a growing need to supply information to buyers and tenants before they enter into a transaction and we are doing this in growing volumes.
“On setting up a new tenancy we are helping speed up registration and billing processes and through our integration with leading CRM software providers, do so seamlessly. There are also opportunities for agents to share in revenues when switching facilitates.”
