Newly-independent estate agency North Residential has opened a second branch in Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire.
It comes just three months after the Harrogate based practice rebranded away from national chain Knight Frank.
In September last year business leaders Harlan Pollitt and Daniel Rigg announced the breakaway after 15 years with Knight Frank.
Pollitt said: “We are delighted to announce the opening of a new branch in Pocklington which fits into our locational criteria as a highly desirable area to live at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds with full coverage of the York area.
“We operate as an independent company with no external funding or debt and, with the best and most motivated team in the business, we are extremely well placed to expand the North Residential brand into more prime locations.
Pollitt said the brand anticipates around 60% year-on-year growth with at least three new office openings per year and will be announcing further locations soon.
Scott Holley has been appointed to lead the team at the new Pocklington branch which is located right in the heart of the popular market town.
He has more than 20 years’ experience in residential property having held senior roles with Galbraith and Savills and said: “Whilst I have garnered my skillset across several UK locations, my heart belongs in Pocklington where I grew up.
“I am so excited to embed North Residential as a part of the local community, helping residents every step of the way in their next important home move.”
