A Relocation Agent Network (RAN) member was happy to have her morning meeting interrupted last week to be presented with a cheque for £5,000.
The prize, recognising referrals across the network, was won by Caroline Woodall from long time RAN member Thomas Morris in Huntingdon.
On receiving the £5,000, a surprised Caroline said this was the highlight of her year so far and she was over the moon.
She said: “Passing referrals across a trusted network like RAN is something that is just part of our daily routine and our team love having the edge of being connected to a national network.”
Richard Tucker the former managing director of RAN was asked by the new leadership team of RAN to make the 2022 Referral Prize Draw.
He said it was an honour to be asked to be involved and he fondly remembered presenting the prizes himself in the past.
Richard Durrant, managing director of RAN said: “It is just over eight weeks since our acquisition of the business and there is an overwhelming feeling of what RAN means to so many agents.
“Of course, the incentives for referrals are a motivation, however the power of referral and confidence of knowing that the standard of agents being referred is a testament to the network as a whole and delivers fantastic customer service to clients.
“The past eight weeks have seen a sharp increase in referrals being made across the network with a renewed focus and energy on aligning incentives with confidence in a network who are market leaders and deliver exceptional customer service.”

Fantastic news for Caroline and for RAN stalwart member Thomas Morris. RAN an amazing network of great hand picked Estate Agents with an annual conference that should not be missed. Richard Tucker, one of the best.
