Property Webmasters has launched an overseas property opportunity for its estate agency clients to earn ‘passive income.’
The website and marketing tools business has built relationships and agreed terms with a range of overseas operators such as developers to let agents display their overseas property listings.
These include both new developments and second-hand property and agents including these on their website will benefit from the revenues generated by successful buyer introductions and the potential sale of any related UK properties.
Commissions vary but are often between 5% and 10% of the sale price.
Operating on software as a service model, Property Webmasters is enabling overseas property to be fully integrated into agent’s websites and can also integrate an agent’s existing CRM technology with their developer partners so that there is full transparency on the progress of any introductions made.
Jamie Arthur, managing director of Property Webmasters, said: “Overseas property is a huge opportunity for UK agents but has always been difficult to set up and manage.
“We have done the “heavy lifting” and our clients can simply reap the rewards from this lucrative market. What we are providing enables an agent to benefit from additional website content that helps improve traffic, search engine optimisation, ‘stickiness’ and engagement as well as generate an additional revenue stream.”
