The fundraising event was hosted by Agents Giving board chairman David Newnes and board director Gareth Samples.
Teams enjoyed a sunny afternoon of golf followed by a three course dinner, raffle and charity auction hosted by Jamie Cooke of iamsold. The golf day was a sell out with 18 teams attending and raising £7,500.
Team winners on the day were, in first place Rayner Personnel, second place Drivers & Norris and in third place ESTAS. Nearest the Pin winner was Craig Campbell of TPS, Longest Drive was won by Brad Thompson of Rayner Personnel and the prestigious award of Best Dressed was – perhaps unsurprisingly - warded to Simon Whale. Best individual score came from Brad Thompson, Rayner Personnel.
Agents Giving would like to thank all involved in making this such an amazing day, especially all of those who kindly donated items for the charity auction.
The next Agents Giving golf day will be at the Morley Hayes Golf Resort in Derbyshire on 7 September 2023 and is now open for team entries: https://agentsgiving.org/event/agents-giving-golf-day-2023/

“With the fundraising total set to exceed £1m this year, I am eager to inspire more conveyancing firms and conveyancers to get involved and support this important cause.
“The Foundation's fundraising concept is brilliant in its simplicity, and I am confident that by all working together we can reach even greater heights. My goal is to help the Foundation surpass the £10m mark by the end of the decade, and I look forward to working with my fellow Ambassadors to achieve this ambitious target."
Lynne, director of The Bold Legal Group, added, "I feel immensely proud and honoured to become a Foundation Ambassador for the Conveyancing Foundation, an organisation that is dedicated to the betterment of the conveyancing profession and the wider property industry.

I am amazed by what the Foundation has achieved so far with their fundraising efforts, and I am excited to support and contribute to their continued efforts to make a difference in people's lives.
“I look forward to working alongside the Conveyancing Foundation and fellow Ambassadors to help spread awareness, inspire others, and create positive change in the property industry."

He added: “We are confident that with their support, we can reach even greater heights in our fundraising efforts, and continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need."
Do It For Dom: Agents and property professionals are gearing up to take part in an industry-wide hike to raise funds for the Do It For Dom charity.
Former rugby player turned estate agent Dominic Subbiani was diagnosed with Huntington’s Disease in 2017 of which there is no cure.
Huntington’s disease is a condition that stops parts of the brain from working properly over time. Dom’s illness has now progressed to a stage where he requires round-the-clock medical assistance and is currently residing in a palliative care home.
Do it for Dom was founded and launched by Suzanna Mavity, sales director of Acaboom, with money raised from events going towards helping people within the industry suffering from mental and physical conditions as well as supporting families and funding home adaptations.
Money is also given to the Huntington’s Disease Association.
