Agents will receive automatic updates for ‘on market’ and ‘sold/let’ by area under the latest innovation from prospecting tool, Spectre.
It will assist sales and lettings agents by notifying them about campaigns automatically, on an ongoing basis. This new feature is free of charge to all users and included as standard within a subscription, designed to save agents significant time and hassle.
Agents still remain fully in control with automated prospecting as they can set all of their own preferences - for example, what days of the week direct mail gets sent. Agents also receive previews via email before the campaign batch gets sent so they can do a final check.
