Founder of emoov-turned-property-pundit and PR guru Russell Quirk will chair a debate at the agency trade body’s Properymark Conference in Wembley Arena on the current sales market.
It will address if stock levels are improving, should agents lower fees and are transaction levels where they should be?
Rightmove director Miles Shipside will bring a national overview while other panellists include Verona Frankish, chief executive of online agent Yopa and Scottish economist and director of Rettie & Co Dr John Boyle.
Joining them are Michael Day, managing director of Integra Property Services, Stephen McCarron, president of NAEA Propertymark, David Sandeman, founder of the Essential Information Group and Clare Yates, customer service expert and consultant at CY Training.
One Propertymark member will also get the opportunity to join the expert panel on the iconic Wembley stage to have their say and answer questions, adding their proficient knowledge to the conversation.
Propertymark commercial manager Jason Lee, said: “We are set to welcome some of the biggest faces in the industry at this year’s event. We’ve some of the most knowledgeable, experienced and opinionated figures that will get stuck into the most important issues facing agents today.
"We also want to see one of our attendees share the limelight, take part in the discussion and maybe challenge our speakers.”
