Former head of country homes at Savills Lindsay Cuthill has launched his own agency brand called Blue Book.
Cuthill, who worked for Savills for almost three decades and left at the end of last year, describes his new venture as a boutique agency that offers a personal, bespoke service to clients.
It will operate nationwide, with key focuses in the South of the UK and South West London.
Blue Book is taking a “quality over quantity” approach to the properties it chooses to represent, selecting only the most beautiful, historic country and London properties.
Cuthill said: “Blue Book has been born out of a desire to create a new type of agency – one that in time brings together the weight and credibility of a team of industry heavy hitters, but with a more personal and bespoke approach to service.
“Selling a beautiful family home is a deeply personal experience and I think that should be reflected at every step of the sales process.
“I am excited to be able to develop and maintain a personal relationship with each of my clients, offering them the benefits of a highly experienced senior team of experts with the dedication of a boutique practice.
The new agency has already reported getting off to a flying start, with more £80m worth of listings secured.
Cuthill added: “I am excited to hit the ground running and look forward to growing the team with some stellar appointments to be announced in the coming months ahead.”
