OnTheMarket named among UK’s top workplaces

OnTheMarket Group has been named among the top places to work in the UK.

The property website was included in last weekend’s Best Places to Work 2023 in The Sunday Times,

The nationwide workplace survey honours and celebrates Britain's top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.

The awards recognise organisations with the highest employee engagement and workplace happiness, which in turn helps organisations attract, retain, and recruit employees. 

Appearing on the list for the first time, the portal was included in the medium-sized organisations category (50-249 employees), after being evaluated across the six key drivers of employee engagement and workplace happiness.

Its overall engagement engagement score was 92%, 17% above the industry average, with 90% expressing confidence in management. 

The portal also achieved high scores for reward and recognition, empowerment and wellbeing.
