Spring secures high-profile agency partnership

Quick-buy firm Spring has partnered with Connells Group to offer its part exchange and chain repair service to the brand’s Land and New Homes division.

The partnership will enable Connells Group to offer Spring’s fully-funded part exchange solution and chain repair offering to its developer clients.

Spring will purchase the buyers’ existing property, meaning the value can be put towards a new-build purchase.
