Recruitment drive today by London-focused international agency

A London-focussed agency is today launching a recruitment drive for 12 new team members as part of what it calls ”an extensive growth strategy.”

LiFE Residential manages the properties for over 7,000 tenants in parts of London including Canary Wharf, West End, Vauxhall and Docklands, but also handles property sourcing and sales.

Today it’s hosting a recruitment event at its new North Acton branch and the 12 recruits will join LiFE at their network of eight offices across the capital, alongside offices in Birmingham, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Founded in 2000, LiFE says it handles a complete lifecycle of property management, from advising on investment and sourcing tenants to managing the property and marketing it for sale.  

It says its high-quality schemes include Canary Wharf’s Maine Tower and 10 Park Drive; Marconi House and 190 The Strand in the West End; Battersea Power Station, Damac Tower and St George Wharf in Vauxhall; One West Point and White City Living in West London.
