Regional agent unveils franchise offering

The team behind regional agency brands Simpson & Partners and Simpson and Weekley is developing a hybrid franchise model.

Andrew Simpson and Mark Weekley, who own and run the Northampton based agencies, are working on a franchise offering called Simpsons Property Experts.

It will let agents own a franchise brand and operate within their exclusive area supported by the Simpsons brand and team.

They are also working with industry consultant and former Yopa regional director Dan Firth on the model.

The launch of the hybrid model will offer property professionals considering self-employed agency the opportunity to own a Simpsons franchise in their local area, something the team behind the model feel will set them apart from some other models.

Whilst franchises are available Nationwide, Simpsons is keen to help launch businesses across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire.
There is currently a launch incentive for the first 10 franchisees.
 

Simpson said: “I meet so many brilliant people who have all the attributes to own and grow their own estate agency business but haven’t been able to do it because of the barriers in their way.”

“We created Simpsons Property Experts for those exact people, and we have a model that will give them all the tools and support they need to be able to take that leap of faith and work on building a business that they can call their own."

Weekley added: “With more and more people thinking about self-employed estate agency, we wanted to create a model that offers flexibility, responsibility and the chance to create high income levels but with the added benefit of actually owning your own franchise, something we felt was missing from some other self-employed models.”
