The ESTAS Group has launched an ‘app’ style version of its platform for smartphones.
ESTAS Mobile offers all the functionality of the ESTAS Review and ESTAS Insight tools, contained in a fully mobile friendly user experience.
Subscribers can access previous reviews and service ratings when conducting a valuation enabling the agent to show a prospective vendor feedback left by previous clients to support winning the listing.
Agents can also use the ESTAS Mobile platform to send private feedback requests via the ESTAS Insight tool without needing to be at their desk, as well as being able to access the entire functionality of ESTAS Review platform via their phone, enabling agents to post reviews to their social media channels as soon as they are received.
ESTAS Mobile is only available to existing customers and will require an additional subscription of £5 for per month for up to five users.
Simon Brown, chief executive of the ESTAS Group, said: “Increasingly, agents are out of the office most of the time and trying to complete as many tasks as they can ‘on the go’ to avoid hours spent over their desktop when they do finally get back to the office after a long day.
“We’ve wanted to extend the flexibility of our platform for some time now, as client feedback had previously suggested that a ‘mobile friendly’ version of ESTAS Review platform would significantly assist in increasing its adoption.
“However, we’ve gone one better and with ESTAS Mobile, not only is the ESTAS Review tool now fully mobile optimised, our recently launched ESTAS Insight tool is also mobile friendly.
“This is yet further evidence of our commitment to property professionals to provide them with tools that add value to their businesses and make their day-to-day business lives easier.”
