Prominent industry figure Sean Newman has renewed his licence agreement with Fine & Country for five more years.
Newman has licenses in over 30 locations across the UK including South Manchester, the Midlands, London and more recently Southampton.
The new deal is in collaboration with Jonathan Handford, Fine & Country partner in Leamington Spa, and according to a statement from F&C this all represents a milestone.
An enthusiastic press statement from the brand says: “The collaboration with Fine & Country has been instrumental in elevating their estate agency services, providing access to a wide network of high-net-worth clients, and delivering an unparalleled level of expertise and professionalism in the industry.
“Under Newman's visionary leadership, Fine & Country Midlands have consistently achieved remarkable success in the competitive property market, with the brand regarded as the number one estate agency for properties above £1m across the region.”
The statement goes on to say Newman has “a stellar reputation” and his “dedication to excellence is set to reach even greater heights.”
Newman has a team of over 60 self-employed agents working under the Fine & Country brand and is looking for agents to join him to reach his target of 100 agents by the end of the year.
“I am totally committed to Fine & Country and helping it grow. I believe in the brand and the model and have seen firsthand how agents can achieve success within the upper quartile of the market with the backing of a premium brand. We look forward to the next five years and our continued successful partnership” he says.
Handford says: We have been fortunate to work with the Fine & Country brand since its inception and have been huge advocates of the offering even from its initial concept. The partnership with the brand has been a huge contributing factor to my success within the sector, and I am eager to continue the relationship and grow our market share within the luxury market over the next five years.”
