Property guru Phil Spencer launches local market updates for agents

Phil Spencer’s property advice website Move iQ has launched a video market solution that shares housing market insights at a local level for agents.

Users of the Move iQ Pro service will be able to access a housing market review for their local area.

Given Spencer’s and Move iQ’s partnership with Propertymark, this is currently only available to the trade body’s member agents.

Postcode are exclusive so this is operated on a first come first served basis.

Using data from Dataloft Inform and local insight provided by agents, Spencer’s Move iQ Pro will write, prepare, produce and deliver a local housing market video on a monthly or quarterly basis for an agent to host on their own YouTube channel and use in their own marketing.

Spencer will personally introduce your brand at the beginning of each video and agents will be provided with a video ‘how to guide’ where upload tips are shared on how to optimise your video on YouTube. 

These videos can also be uploaded and shared on relevant social media channels.

Spencer said: “At Move iQ we constantly review the national housing market but as we all know that market across the country is made up of different micro-markets which means understanding local market conditions is absolutely vital and that is something that we constantly remind our own audience.”
