Propertymark is hosting two important webinars this week to keep agents informed of important industry regulations.

The agency trade body is hosting a client money security webinar taking place on Tuesday 16 January from 1230 until 1330.

The webinar aims to inform attendees about the rise of artificial intelligence and the impact it can have on finance fraud, as well as provide advice on how it impacts the property industry.

Guest speakers include Neil Cobbold, managing director of automated rental payments service PayProp, and PayProp’s head of sales Bernadette Sheridan.

Past ARLA Propertymark president David Votta will also feature as a guest speaker.

Propertymark is also hosting an Understanding Material Information for Sales and Lettings Agents webinar on 18 January from 1230 until 1400.

The National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team (NTSEAT) recently produced guidance for the new parts A, B and C of material information necessary for sales and lettings agents on the process to enhance material information disclosure in property listings.

Emma Cooke from NTSEAT will help explain the process.
