Hamptons has made three strategic appointments aimed at fortifying its prime central London offering.
Craig Tonkin, Mark Cullen, and Mark Breffit have joined the team in key roles, bringing an extensive range of expertise and industry knowledge.
Additionally, Grant Bates previously the head of sales at Hamptons highest performing branch in Islington, has taken on the role of leading Hamptons Private Office in London.
His new role is tailored to cater high-net worth and ultra high-net worth clients and he has already been instructed to sell more than £2bn worth of properties with listings at £30m, £40m and £50m.
Tonkin has previously worked in senior roles at Foxtons, Dexters and Druce. Cullen also previously worked for Foxtons.
