Manchester-based premium agency Settio Property Experience has unveiled expansion plans including appointing its first managing director as well as launching an Asia desk to attract Chinese buyers.
Daniel de Abreu, who has held senior roles at LiFE Residential and Spicerhaart, has been recruited as managing director of Settio.
He brings almost two decades of experience and is the firm’s first managing director, with more than 30 staff at offices in Manchester, London and Singapore since being co-founded in 2017 by Chris Parsonage and Samuel Fitz-Hugh.
Settio has also appointed Mandarin-speaking residential property executives to attract more Chinese property investors, openeed a London office and hired Kristen Lee-Mottershead as marketing manager.
